Why should we attend school everyday? We should because the state legally requires us to have at lease nine years of schooling; however if you do not have your high school diploma you will not get a good job or a further education. If you do not get your education past ninth grade, it does not necessary mean you are not smart, but it does hurt the school. How does it hurts the school? The school needs every student to attend so many days out of the year, so they can earn money. If you do not attend all those days of school you are not only hurting the school funds, you are also hurting your grades and your teachers.
Our teachers have to attend school too. They also have to be at school everyday you are at school, and sometimes even more days then you do. If not, the teacher will loose pay and will have to have a substitute and getting the students confused with what is going on. Not every substitute can explain the work the way a teacher is suppose to present it. Also, not having your teacher there they can also harm the grade of the students. Students should also go to class because it saves you from getting in trouble with any of the teachers and then if you go to class everyday you will not have to worry about missing any of the work or tests; therefore, you will not get a good attendance record.
If you miss a day or more you should have a parent or guardian call in and get your work that you missed and excuse that day or the days you missed.
