General Information: FBLA State is a way for students to strengthen their business leadership skills through educational workshops, compete in various events, and grow their FBLA connections with their community. In order to qualify to compete at FBLA State, an individual (or group in the case of a team event) must place top 10 in their region. Roseburg High School’s region is considered the Rogue Umpqua region, but at state all of the regions come together to compete for state awards. Advancing after that will mean that a competitor will be attending our National Business Leadership Conference, which is held in Atlanta, Georgia this year. A competitor needs to have placed top 4 at State in order to be eligible to compete at the National level. Roseburg High School’s FBLA chapter did very well at State, and 12 members qualified to compete at Nationals this year.
